Utilizing Azure cloud services and Microsoft Office, we restrict access exclusively to the project managers and linguists involved. Upon project completion, all documents are securely archived for a minimum of five years, so important files remain accessible should you need them later. For added assurance, we are happy to provide a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) – whether it’s our standard version or one you provide. 
To ensure the highest level of data security and confidentiality, we use SSL encryption across our entire platform. SSL encryption establishes a secure connection between your browser and our servers, guaranteeing that any data transmitted – such as personal information, documents, or communication – is encrypted and protected from unauthorized access.
Additionally, we utilize advanced website security measures, rigorously scanning all files for viruses and malware to ensure safety. For large or highly sensitive files, we offer secure FTP services through our encrypted servers, adding an extra layer of protection. These combined efforts guarantee that your translation projects remain confidential, secure, and fully protected at every stage.
